Unfit For Duty started with being passed over - putting in the time, carrying the weight, and still told to wait their turn on somebody else's clock.

We embraced the rejection because it became a reminder: being overlooked does not define the work, the effort, or the person behind it. Getting turned away was not the end of the story. It was the reason to keep building.

This brand is for the people who show up without applause. The ones who keep going when the work is heavy, the hours are long, and recognition is nowhere in sight. For the overworked, the undervalued, and the underestimated.

The Insignia

Look closely at the mark: a pawn wearing a crown. In chess, the pawn is the smallest piece on the board - the underdog, the overworked, the overlooked.
