30-day returns, no questions asked

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. You do not need to give a reason. To be eligible, items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

How to start a return

Reach us through our contact page with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not ship anything back before hearing from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. We will email you when the refund is processed.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest route is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want.

Return shipping

For standard returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a tracked shipping method; we cannot refund items lost in return transit.
